摘　　要：分析区域运输通道需求特点,确定影响区域运输通道需求强弱的主要因素,构建通道建设时序决策指标体系。基于离差最大化构建优化模型求解客观权重,由专家根据德尔菲法获得主观权重,采用经验因子进行加权修正,并引入可拓学理论改进模型进行决策计算,在给出通道建设时序的同时计算出各通道建设紧迫程度,结合案例进行区域运输通道建设时序决策计算。This paper analyzes the demand characteristics of regional transport corridor,determines the main factors influencing demand intensity of the corridor and establishes the decision index system of corridor construction sequence.The objective weight is solved by establishing optimization model based on maximum deviation,the subjective weight is achieved by experts according to Delphi method,and weighting modification is taken by using experience factor then the decision calculation is taken by introducing extension theory and improving model.In the meantime of providing corridor construction sequence,the urgency degree of each corridor construction is calculated,in the end,the sequence decision calculation of regional transport corridor construction is taken by combining examples.
