槐树种子综合利用潜力

摘　　要：以种子蛋白质、水解氨基酸、脂肪酸、矿质元素、维生素成分分析结果为依据，对槐树种子综合利用潜力进行探讨。结果表明，槐树种子具有较高的营养、医疗保健及工业价值，加之资源量大，在食品、酿造、饲料、医药和油脂化工等行业有较广阔的开发前景。On the basis of analyzed results of main nutrient contents of the seeds such as protein, hydrolyzing amino acid, fatty acid, mineral elements and vitamine, we discussed comprehensive utilization potential for the seeds of Sophora Japonica. The results show that the seeds possess higher values on the nutrients, medical treatment and health protection, and industry. Moreover, there are rich resources, so the seeds of Sophora Japonica possess wider exploiting foreground in the ways of foods, brewage, forage, medicament, and grease chemistry industry.
