皮质类固醇剂量与细菌性角膜溃疡愈后的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用皮质类固醇激素治疗细菌性角膜溃疡时的最佳剂量。方法将120例细菌性角膜溃疡患者随机分为对照组和3个激素治疗组,对照组采用单纯的抗生素常规治疗,激素治疗组在应用抗生素的同时采用不同剂量的皮质类固醇激素治疗,激素1组、2组和3组激素剂量分别为0.002%、0.01%和0.05%,对比分析各组的疗效。结果对照组的疗效和激素1组的疗效之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而激素2组和激素3组与对照组相比疗效都有明显的提高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但激素2组和激素3组之间疗效并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论细菌性角膜溃疡治疗中应用抗生素联合微量(0.01%)的皮质类固醇激素抗生素治疗可以加快溃疡愈合,减轻愈后瘢痕及新生血管形成,提高视力。Objective To discuss the optimal dose of corticosteroids in the treatment of bacterial corneal ulcer. Meth- otis 120 cases with bacterial corneal ulcer were randomly divided into control group and three hormone treatment groups. The control group used simple conventional antibiotic therapy and hormone treatment groups used different doses of eortieosteroids in the application of antibiotics. The dose of eorticosteroid was 0.002% ,0.01% ,0.05% in hormone No. 1 group,No. 2 group,No. 3 group respectively. The efficacy of each group were compared and analyzed. Results Efficacy in the control group and hor- mone No. 1 group wasn＇t significantly different （P〉0.05）. Efficacy in hormone No. 2 group and No. 3 group were better than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Efficacy in the hormone No. 2 group and the hormone No. 3 group weren＇t significantly different （/9〉0.05）. Conclusion The trace （0.01%） of cortieosteroids combination therapy in the treatment of bacterial corneal ulcer can accelerate ulcer healing,relieve the formation of scar and neovascularization, improve vision.
