摘　　要：目的探讨分析特异性转移因子对人宫颈癌细胞的生长抑制作用。方法在体外实验条件下采用噻唑蓝比色法,探讨不同浓度宫颈癌特异性转移因子的作用下,人外周血单核细胞对人宫颈癌细胞的杀伤作用、其内在的剂量依赖性及实验的靶效关系。结果在不同浓度的宫颈癌特异性转移因子作用48h后,实验组对宫颈癌细胞的杀伤活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在宫颈癌特异性转移因子作用下不同效靶比的杀伤活性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特异性转移因子对于宫颈癌细胞的生长有着一定的抑制作用,在宫颈癌免疫治疗中可能有着较好的前景。Objective To discuss the effect of specific transfer factor on the growth of human cervical cancer cell. Methods Explored the lethal effect of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells on human cervical cancer cells in the differ- ent concentrations of specific transfer factor of cervical cancer, and the internal dose dependence and effector-target relationship by MTI＂ assay in vitro. Results After 48h in the cervical specific transfer factor of different concentration,cytotoxicity on cer- vical cancer cells in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05） ; the killing activity rate of different effector-target ratio in the experimental group under the different concentrations of specific transfer factor of cervical cancer were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Specific transfer factor had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of cervical cancer cells and may have better prospects in cervical cancer immunotherapy.
