从经济学视角看大学外语教师自身素质对其课堂角色定位的影响

摘　　要：教师在课堂教学中多元角色的存在是一个不争的事实。从经济学的供需角度来看,大学外语教师课堂角色定位主要受制于教师自身供给,而自身供给的程度又取决于自身素质。这体现了教师角色的时限性、多元性和经济性。Multiple roles of the teachers in teaching are an indisputable social being.From the perspective of supply and demand in economics,by analyzing factors affecting College English teachers＇ role orientation in the classroom,the article finds out that its orientation is subject to the teachers＇ own supply which depends on their own quality.In turn,the result reflects time-limit,diversity and efficiency of teachers＇ roles.
