摘　　要：结合世界经济和科技的发展现状,阐述了培养集技术型、研究型和创新型于一身的国际化人才的必要性,总结了目前木材科学与工程专业人才培养存在的问题,并提出国际化人才的培养对策,以供参考。Combining with the development situation of world economy and science,this paper elaborated the necessity of international talents training setting technical,research and innovative in a body,summed up the existing problems of current wood science and engineering specialty,and put forward international talents training countermeasures,for reference.
