大肠癌中CD_(44)V_(6)、PCNA表达与淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：研究转移相关蛋白CD4 4 V6 、PCNA在大肠癌中的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。 10 4例经手术切除D2、D3淋巴结清扫的大肠癌病例 ,按有无淋巴结转移分两组 ,采用免疫组化技术 (S -P法 )检测CD4 4 V6 、PCNA的表达。本组大肠癌中有淋巴结转移的 56例CD4 4 V6 、PCNA阳性率均为 75 0 % (42 /56 ) ,CD4 4 V6 、PCNA蛋白表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5)。CD4 4 V6 、PCNA蛋白在大肠癌转移过程中起重要作用 ,并可作为预测大肠癌淋巴结转移的指标 。To explore the relationship of expression of metastasis associated protein-CD 44 V 6 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) to lymph node metastasis in colorectal carcinoma,randomly selected patients with colorectal carcinoma who underwent coloproctectomy plus D 2～D 3 lymph node dissection were studied.The 104 patients were divided into:A group (n=48) without lymph node metastasis and B group(n=56) with metastasis.The expressions of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA were assayed by immunohistochemical technique.The results indicated that the 56 cases(75%) of B group were positive for expressions of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA,there was obvious correlation between both the expressions and lymph node metastasis(P<0 05).The findings suggest that the expressions of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA could play an important role in lymph node metastasis.The determination of CD 44 V 6 and PCNA may be useful for the clinical therapy and predicting the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
