干眼综合征的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：目的 :研究人工泪液和中药联合运用治疗干眼综合征的疗效。方法 :以Schirmer试验做为疗效定量测定的指标 ,将 80例患者随机分为 2组 ,研究组在用人工泪液同时口服中药 ,对照组仅给予人工泪液。结果 :经随访 1年 ,研究组干眼的症状和体征均明显改善 ,有效率为 90 % ,对照组为 85%。结论 :中西医结合治疗干眼综合征有效且可行。Objective:To evaluate the treatment for dry eye syndrome through combining the artificial lacrima and Chinese traditional medicine.Methods:Eighty patients were grouped randomly into two.The study group was treated with the combination,while the control group was treated only with artificial lacrima.Clinical results were quantitatively observed by Schirmer test.Results:After 1 year follow-up,the symptoms and the signs of the 40 patients who were treated by combination of artificial lacrima and traditional Chinese medicine were obviously improved.The effective rate of study group was 90%,that of control group was 80%.Conclusions:Therapy combined with conventional method and traditional Chinese medicine is an effective treatment for dry eye syndrome.
