摘　　要：目的 :研究眼内容剜除后硅海绵填充能否最大限度地增加义眼的活动度 ,降低植入物的排出机会和改善外观。方法 :为 17例患眼行眼内容剜除 ,巩膜腔内硅海绵填充术 ,术后 3周安装义眼。结果 :随访 16例 1～ 18个月 ,未发现排斥反应及其它术后并发症。义眼活动度内、外转各 30 °4例 ,2 5°～ 2 0 °9例 ,<2 0 °2例 ,最低 15°,美容满意 15例。结论 :眼内容剜除硅海绵填充术可以极大限度地增加义眼活动度 ,避免“眼窝综合征” ,植入物性能稳定。Objective:To study whether implanting silicon sponge can utmost increase the movement range of the false eye,decrease the chances of rejection,and improve the cosmetic effect.Method:17 patients were performed evisceration of eye and implanted silicon sponge in the scleral cavity immediately.3weeks later, they were fixed false eyes. Result:16 patients were followed up for l to 18 months,no rejection or other complications were found.As to the range of false eye movement,of inward and outward 30 °,4 cases;25 °～30 °,9 cases;<20 °,2 cases;15 °,1 case.15 cases got satisfactory cosmetic effect.Conclusion:Evisceration of eye and silicon sponge implantation may greatly increase the range of the false eye movement and avoid “eye socket syndrome”.The implanted silicon sponge has stable property.
