儿童屈光参差性弱视407例临床治疗疗效的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:评价单纯遮盖疗法与遮盖加同视机训练综合疗法治疗屈光参差性弱视的疗效并进行对比分析。方法:收集我院1989年～2011年共计407例屈光参差性弱视患儿资料,患儿年龄5岁～12岁,其中维吾尔族52例,52只弱视眼均为高度近视眼(-6D～-8D),另眼为正常眼;汉族355例以高度远视为多(+5D～+7D),约75%,近视约为25%,另眼为正常眼。完全随机分为两组:202例为单纯遮盖疗法;205例为遮盖加同视机训练综合疗法。结果:弱视综合治疗的有效率为97%,单纯遮盖治疗的有效率为88%,两组比较采用卡方检验,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:综合疗法对弱视的治疗效果肯定,较单纯治疗的效果更好。Objective To evaluate the simple occlusion therapy and efficacy comparative analysis covered plus the same as the machine therapy treatment anisometropic amblyopia. Methods： from 1989 to 2011 a total of 407 eases; ages 5 years to 12 years old, 52 cases of which is Uighurs, 52 amblyopie eyed are high myopia（-6D ^-8D）, the other eye is normal; 5 years to 7 years old patients of han is hyperopia （5D ~ 7D）, myopia is about 2.5 %. Two groups of 202 eases to simply cover; 205 eases to cover, the same as the machine and drug treatment. Results： The combination therapy of amblyopia effective rate of 97%, simply cover the treatment was 88% effective （p 〈0.05） between the two. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of the combination therapy for amblyopia certainly better compared with simply cover treatment.
