胸部恶性淋巴瘤的影像学表现

摘　　要：目的　回顾分析胸部恶性淋巴瘤的影像学表现 ,评价普通平片 ,CT和MR在胸部淋巴瘤诊断中的作用。方法　本组 135例恶性淋巴瘤均经病理证实。全部患者有胸部X线片 ,2 3例进行了胸部CT扫描 ,6例进行了胸部MR扫描。结果　 135例恶性淋巴瘤发现 6 2例有胸部病变。纵隔肺门淋巴结增大 39例 ,肿块 (结节 )阴影 4例 ,渗出实变阴影 13例 ,粟粒阴影 6例 ,胸腔积液 2 9例 ,心包积液 7例 ,肋骨破坏 2例 ,骨髓浸润 12例。结论　胸部淋巴瘤因其侵犯部位和生长方式的不同 ,而有多种形式的影像学表现。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of radiography,CT and MR in intrathoracic malignant lymphoma. Methods 135 cases with intrathoracic malignant lymphoma were proved by histopathology.All patients obtained radiography,23 patients underwent CT scan and 6 patients underwent MRI scan. Results 62 of the 135 patients had abnormal.Of these 62,39 had lymph node enlarged in the mediastinum and hilum,4 had nodular opacities,13 had consolidation,6 had miliary shadow,29 had pleural effusion,7 had pericardial effusin,2 had destruction of rib and 12 had bone marrow involvement. Conclusion Imaging appearances of intrathoracic malignant lymphoma are variable,because their different position and different growing. [
