摘 要:目的:研究修复下颌骨骨缺损的新型磁牵张器。方法:选取钕铁硼永磁体作为牵张器驱动装置,与牵张板一起组成其主要结构,牵张板用于移动传送骨盘,外壳采用钛合金。建立小型猪颌骨缺损牵张模型,研究不同强度静磁场对小鼠成骨样细胞MC3T3E1的影响。应用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:新型磁牵张器能够达到动物实验牵张力要求(牵张力≥15N),牵张板位移控制在1 mm/次,小型猪传送盘移动良好,在一定强度范围内,静磁场具有促进成骨的作用。结论:新型磁牵张器具备牵张成骨实验要求,是理想的牵张成骨器材。PURPOSE:To develop a new magnetic force driving distractor to restore the defect of mandible in minipigs.METHODS:Nd-Fe-B magnets were chosen as the drive device,and a distract plate was used as the main structure of distractor,which will move the bone segment.The shell was made of titanium alloy.And the model of mandibular defect was established in minipigs.The effect of static magnetic fields used on rat osteoblasts was also studied.SPSS13.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:It was observed that the new magnetic force driving distractor met requirements for animal experiment(force≥15N),the displacement was stretched 1 mm every time.The transport plate was distracted very well.The experiment of cells indicated that the static magnetic fields can promote osteogenesis.CONCLUSION:The new magnetic force driving distractor is an ideal distractor to reconstruct mandible defect.
