摘 要:"有胃气则生,无胃气则死",胃气涵盖"精气神"三宝,即"人以胃气为本",最早见于《素问.平人气象论》:"平人常禀气于胃,胃者,平人之常气也。人无胃气曰逆,逆者死……人以水谷为本,故人绝水谷则死,脉无胃气亦死",脉的胃气指脏腑气血功能状态的外在间接表现,义同东桓所谓"脉贵有神"之"神"。狭义胃气,即胃中水谷精气,"人受气于谷,谷入于胃,以传与肺,五脏六腑,皆以受气";历代医家强调顾护胃气《,伤寒论》令人称道,施药不离参、姜、枣、草,经方皆为护胃、和胃之方;现代医学治疗亦难离胃气,肠内营养实为保胃气质举措。Stomach Qi is an important concept of TCM, Providing nutrients for Zang organs and Fu organs, playing an significant role in Diagnosis , treatments and Prescription For thousands of years.
