7-硝基吲唑对大鼠局灶脑缺血急性期部分微观病理的初探

摘　　要：目的:研究7-硝基吲唑(7-NI)对大鼠局灶脑缺血急性期微观病理改变。方法:线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型,观察对照组和治疗组某些指标的变化。结果7-硝基吲唑可减少缺血脑组织变性及坏死神经细胞。结论 从微观病理角度证实7-硝基吲唑对大鼠局灶脑缺血有保护作用。Objective To study the change during the early focal cerebral ischemia in micropathology of rats by 7 -NI. Method The rat models of middle cerebral artery (MCA) focal cer.ebral ischemia were established with the suture method in the study in order to investigate parameter in trate group compared to control group. Results This study showed that 7 - NI decreased the degenerated and necrotic neron. Conclusion The results implied that 7 -NI had protective effects during the early focal cerebral ischemia in micropathology.
