眼内后部磁性异物后径摘除术联合巩膜扣带术预防术后的视网膜脱离

摘　　要：目的　评价眼内后部磁性异物后径摘出联合巩膜扣带术预防术后视网膜脱离的疗效。方法　对 30例 (30眼 )眼内后部磁性异物进行后径摘出联合不同术式的巩膜扣带术 :(1)巩膜板层缩短层间填压术 10例 (10 )眼占 33.33%。 (2 )巩膜外加压术 12例 (12眼 )占 40 %。 (3)巩膜环扎外加压术 8例 (8眼 )占 2 2 .6 7%。结果　 30例均顺利摘出眼内后部磁性异物。入院与出院的视力比较 :进步 15例占 5 0 % ,退步 6例占 2 0 % ,无变化 9例占 30 %。随访 1～ 2年均未发生视网膜脱离。结论　眼内后部磁性异物摘出联合合适的巩膜扣带能够有效的预防术后视网膜脱离的发生。Objective To analyze curative effect of excising intraocular back magnetism foreign body by back way with scleral buckling on preventing post-operative retinal detachment.Methods The author perform the excising of intraocular magnetism body with uniting different scleral bucking operation for 30 cases (30 eyes):(1)Shorten scleral with implantation (implants) in 10 cases (10 eyes) takes 33.33%;(2)episcleral bucking in 12 cases (12 eyes) takes 40%;(3)episcleral buckling with circling element in 8 cases (8 eyes) takes 22.67%.Results The intraocular back magnetism foreign body in 30 cases has been excised successfully.Acuity vision compares in hospital and out hospital:Advance in 15 cases (15eyes)takes 30%,retrogress in 6 cases(6 eyes)takes 20%,No change in 9 cases (9 eyes) takes 30%.Following up 30 cases in 1～2 years,No retinal detachment occurred. Conclusion Excising intraocular back magnetism foreign body with the suitable scleral buckling can prevent effectively the occurrence of retinal detachment after operaion.
