摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆阴性消化性溃疡与消化道出血之间的关系。方法对我院2012年5月至2013年4月间急诊内镜诊断为消化性溃疡的168例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果出血组患者的HP阴性率为77．38％明显高于非出血组HP阴性率45．24％（P〈0．05）；HP阴性消化性溃疡合并出血患者与复合性溃疡、粘膜炎症和炎症程度存在明显的相关性（P〈0．05），但与十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡、溃疡直径、粘膜萎缩、肠化生和淋巴组织增生无显著相关性（P〉0．05）。结论HP阴性消化性溃疡在消化性溃疡出血中所占的比例较高，应引起消化科医生的足够重视。Objective To investigate the Helicobacter pylori negative peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding between. Method Our hospital from May 2012 to April 2013 Emergency endoscopic diagnosis of peptic ulcer among 168 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Hemorrhage in patients with HP negative rate of 77.38% was significantly higher than non- bleeding group HP negative rate of 45.24% （P 〈0.05）; HP-negative peptic ulcer bleeding in patients with complex ulcer, mucosal inflammation and inflammation obvious correlation （P 〈0.05）, but with duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, ulcer diameter, mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, and lymphoid hyperplasia was no significant correlation （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion HP negative peptic ulcer bleeding in the proportion of higher gastroenterologists should cause enough attention.
