鼻咽癌细胞中Fas、FasL蛋白表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)细胞中Fas、FasL蛋白的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测71例NPC细胞(其中16例无淋巴结转移,41例淋巴结转移、14例复发)和29例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎中鼻咽黏膜柱状上皮细胞Fas和FasL的表达。结果鼻咽黏膜柱状上皮细胞及NPC细胞中Fas阳性率分别为89.66%和21.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);FasL阳性率分别为37.93%和83.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Fas阳性率在NPC复发组为0.00,无复发组为26.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FasL阳性率在NPC淋巴结转移组为92.68%,无淋巴结转移组为68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NPC细胞中Fas表达下调,Fas低表达与NPC复发有关;NPC细胞中FasL表达上调,FasL高表达与NPC淋巴结转移有关。Fas/FasL系统有可能成为NPC复发转移的标志物。Purpose To investigate the significance of Fas and FasL protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods Expression of Fas and FasL protein in 71 cases of NPC （ 16 cases without lymphatic metastasis, 41 cases with lymphatic metastasis, 14 cases with recurrence） and 29 cases of nasopharyngitis was detected by SABC immunhistochemical method. Results In nasopharyngeal mucosal columnar epithelia and NPC, the positive expression rates of Fas protein were 89. 66% and 21.13% （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and those of FasL protein were 37.93% and 83.10% （P 〈0. 01 ） , respectively. Expression of Fas protein in two groups with recurrence or without recurrence were 0. 00 and 26. 32%, respectively （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Expression of FasL protein in two groups with lymphatic metastasis or without lymphatic metastasis were 92.68% and 68. 75 %, respectively （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fas protein is low expressed in NPC, which is correlated with recurrence in NPC. But, FasL protein is highly expressed in NPC, which is correlated with lymphatic metastasis in NPC. Fas/FasL may have ootentiaJ as a marker for recurrence and metastasis of NPC.
