HSP gp96与Jab1在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨热休克蛋白糖蛋白96(HSP gp96)和C-jun激活域连接蛋白1(Jab1)在人胃癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测80例原发性胃癌患者术后癌组织及其癌旁正常组织标本中HSP gp96和Jab1的表达。结果胃癌组织中HSP gp96和Jab1的表达均高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);HSP gp96的表达与胃癌的临床分期、浸润程度、分化程度以及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与其他临床病理参数无关;Jab1的表达与胃癌的浸润程度、分化程度以及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与其他临床病理参数无关。胃癌组织中HSP gp96和Jab1的表达存在关联(χ2=4.901,P<0.05,r=0.248)。结论胃癌组织中HSP gp96和Jab1表达显著增高,且HSP gp96和Jab1可能存在较强的正相关关系,两者的表达与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of heat shock protein glycoprotein 96（HSP gp96） and C-jun activation domain-binding protein 1（Jab1） in human gastric cancer tissue and corresponding adjacent normal tissue.Methods The expression of HSP gp96 and Jab1 were detected in cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues of 80 cases of primary gastric cancer patients by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expression of HSP gp96 and Jab1 in gastric cancer tissues was higher than the adjacent normal tissues（P 0.05）.The expression of HSP gp96 had statistical significance associated with the clinical stage,depth of invasion,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis（P 0.05,P 0.01）.No correlation was noted between HSP gp96 and other clinicopathological parameters.The expression of Jab1 was closely associated with the depth of invasion,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis（P 0.05）,but not with other clinicopathological parameters.There was positive correlation between the expression of HSP gp96 and Jab1 in gastric cancer tissues（χ 2 = 4.901,P 0.05,r = 0.248）.Conclusion The expression of HSP gp96 and Jab1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher and may be closely related with the tumorgenesis of gastric cancer.
