摘　　要：目的分析胃癌组织和癌旁组织miR-30d表达差异及其临床意义。方法收集手术切除的胃癌标本52例,采用实时荧光定量-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测癌组织及癌旁组织标本miR-30d的表达水平,分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。结果 miR-30d在胃癌组织中表达值(1.70±3.19)显著低于其癌旁组织中的表达值(5.10±10.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-30d的表达水平与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05);而与患者性别和年龄、肿瘤大小、侵犯层次、TNM分期及脉管侵犯无明显相关。结论 miR-30d与胃癌发生发展密切相关,可能成为胃癌的潜在诊断及治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of miR-30d and its association with clinical significance in gastric carcinoma.Methods The level of miR-30d in 52 gastric carcinoma and the adjacent normal tissues were quantified by real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction,and the relationship between miR-30d level and clinical and pathological factors was explored.Results The expression of miR-30d in gastric cancer tissues（1.70 ± 3.19） was significantly lower than that in the adjacent normal tissues（5.10 ± 10.32,P 0.05）.The low expression of miR-30d was associated with lymph node metastases in gastric carcinoma（P 0.05）.There was no statistical difference of the expression of miR-30d among the different gender,age,tumor size,local invasion,TNM stage and lymphatic vessels invasion by the statistical analysis（P 0.05）.Conclusion miR-30d is involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma and it may be a potential biomarker in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma.
