摘　　要："卓越会计师"是在国家实施"卓越计划"背景下结合会计专业特点提出来的,其核心在于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。通过对目前会计专业实践教学的深刻分析,发现实践性教学体系、教学方法以及教学评价体系等方面存在不足;在卓越计划背景下,对实践教学模式进行完善与重构,并对开展以卓越会计师培养为目标的实践教学的具体途径进行探索。这是"卓越会计师"培养计划实施中必须关注的重要问题。excellent accountant is proposed under the background of the implementation of ＂excellence program＂ combined with accounting professional characteristics. Its core is to develop the students ability of practice and innovation.Based on the deep analysis of the current accounting practice teaching, Problems were found in practical teaching system, teaching methods and teaching evaluation system.ln the context of excellence program. To improve and reconstruct the practice teaching mode and to carry out specific ways to cultivate.the practice teaching to explore excellent accountant is what we should pay more attention in the program implementation of the excellent accountant traininq plan.
