摘 要:盾构直接切削穿越桩基技术与传统工法相比具有显著的社会及经济效益。苏州轨道交通2号线采用盾构切桩技术穿越侵入区间隧道的14根直径1.0~1.2m钻孔灌注桩,连续切削多根大直径桩基,施工难度和风险极大。通过国内外调研和理论分析,结合盾构切桩试验进行优化,进一步从盾构机改造方案、掘削施工参数、风险应对措施等方面研究提出相应的安全保障措施,并成功应用于实际工程,实施效果良好,可供今后类似工程借鉴。The technology of shield directly cutting through pile foundation has significant social and economic benefits as compared with traditional construction methods. Suzhou metro Line 2 was obliged to adopt the technology to cut through 14 bored piles of 1.0 - 1.2 m in diameter that intruded into the running tunnel clearance, the construction difficulty and risks involved were extremely great for cutting many large- diameter piles continuously. This paper studied and proved the posslNlity of carrying out the project based on the investigations in China and abroad and theoretical analysis combined with the shield cutting pile test optimization, and proposed appropriate security measures including shield machine transformation plan, cutting parameters, risk control methods and so on. The proposed security measures were successfully applied to the actual project which completed smoothly. The practice can provide guidance to similar projects in the future.
