摘  要:目的 :探索低剂量 X线全身照射对移植性肝癌增殖细胞核抗原表达的影响。方法 :采用不同剂量的低剂量单次全身照射接种腹水型肝癌的小白鼠 ,荷瘤 1个月后处死小鼠称瘤重量 ,并用 SP免疫组化染色法检测癌组织中 PCNA的表达。结果 :75 m Gy组的平均瘤重量最低 ,其 PCNA表达率最低 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :适量的低剂量 X线(75 m Gy)全身照射能使肿瘤组织的 PCNA表达降低 ,可能通过抑制Objective:To investigate the effect of low dosage X ray for total body irradiation on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the xenografted liver carcinoma Methods:The white mice with xenografted ascitic liver carcinoma received different dosage of low dose single total body irradiation,and the mice died one month later and their tumors were measured in mass Meanwhile,the PCNA expression in cancer tissue was detected by S P immunohistochemical method Results:The average tumor mass of the 75 mGy group is the lowest,and the PCNA expression rate of the 75 mGy group is the lowest,There was significant difference between the 75 mGy group and the control group (P<0 05) Conclusion:Proper dosage of low dose X ray (75 mGy) total body irradiation is able to lower the expression of PCNA in cancer tissue,and thus is likely able to inhibit cancer metastasis and infiltration through inhibiting the PCNA
