摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立丁香蓼药材中没食子酸的测定方法。方法:采用大连依利特(ODS 250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(1∶99)溶液,检测波长为273 nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:没食子酸进样量在0.05168～0.5168μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.7%。结论:本方法可作为丁香蓼药材的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish a method for determining the content of gallic acid in medicinal material of Ludwigia prostrata by high -performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Methods ：HPLC was performed on an ODS column （250 mm× 6 mm,5 μm ） （Elite, Dalian, China） with a mobile phase of aeetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （1：99） at a detection wavelength of 273 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results：Gallic acid had a good linear relationship between sample size and peak area within 0. 05168 -0. 5168 μg,and the average recovery rate was 98.7%. Conclusion：This HPLC method can be used for quality control of medicinal material of Ludwigia prostrata.
