脐带缠绕发生率变化趋势时间序列分析研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脐带缠绕发生率的变化趋势。方法 :收集在广西医科大学第一附属医院产科 1982～ 1996年出生的新生儿出生史 ,计算各年度脐带缠绕发生率 ,采用时间序列统计分析方法 ,对连续十五年的脐带缠绕发生率进行动态分析 ,并比较各年度脐带平均长度。结果 :经游程检验 ,1982至 1996年的脐带缠绕发生率存在升降趋势 :1990年前表现平稳 ,1990后急剧上升 ;各年度脐带平均长度无统计学差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :1982年至Objective:To investigate the trend of the incidence of umbilical cord entanglementMethods:To collect the birth history of neonate in the hospital between 1982~1996,Calculate the incidence of umbilical cord entanglementWith time series analysis method,the incidence of umbilical cord entanglement at consecutive 15 years are studied,and the mean length of umbilical cord annual is comparedResults:With run test,it indicates that have a trend of rising between 1982~1996,especial after 1990There is no difference of the mean length of umbilical cord annual (P>005)Conclusion:The incidence of umbilical cord entanglement is increasing from 1982 to1996
