动脉灌注疗法在子宫颈癌综合治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :研究动脉灌注疗法在子宫颈癌综合治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 36例子宫颈癌患者进行选择性子宫动脉插管( TAI) ,经导管灌注 CDDP6 0～ 10 0 mg,ADM40 mg,MMC10～ 2 0 mg。TAI后 19例行广泛性子宫切除术 ,17例采用放射线治疗。结果 :TAI疗效 ,CR8.32 % ,PR6 9.4% ,NC2 2 .2 %。放疗组总有效率为 82 .34%。无严重并发症。结论Objective:To study the effect of TAI in comprehensive treutment of cervical cancerMethods:36 cases were performed with intraarterial chemothemotherapy before operation or radiation,and evaluated the efficacy of this therapyThe dosages used were 60~100 mg of CDDP,40 mg of ADM,10~20 mg of MMCAfter TAI,19 cases were treated with operation and 17 cases with radiationResult:After TAI,stage reduction was achieved in all cases except eightNo serious complications were encouteredConclusion:This study indicates that intraaterial chemothemotherapy is highly effective and should be combined with operation or radiation
