参芪扶正注射液对减轻晚期非小细胞肺癌患者TP化疗方案毒副作用的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对减轻晚期非小细胞肺癌患者TP化疗方案毒副作用的疗效。方法将80例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组40例采取TP化疗方案治疗;观察组40例在TP化疗的基础上使用参芪扶正注射液。化疗结束后观察比较两组患者毒副反应情况。结果观察组在KPS评分和毒副反应发生率上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液对减轻晚期非小细胞肺癌患者TP化疗方案毒副作用和提高患者生存质量疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on lessening the side effects of TP Regime chemotherapy in patients with advanced nonsmall—cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and improving their life quality.Methods 80 cases of NSCLC patients were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases each.TP chemotherapy was used in both groups.The observation group also used Shenqi Fuzheng injection.The incidence rate of side effects and the change of Karnofsky score of physical condition of the two groups were compared after 2 chemo courses.Results The Karnofsky score of physical condition and incidence rate of side effects of the observation group were better than the control group.The difference was significant statistically（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection can lessen the side effects of TP chemotherapy in patients with advanced NSCLC and improve their life quality.
