摘 要:侵袭性垂体腺瘤的诊断和治疗一直是神经外科的一个难题。近年来研究发现侵袭性垂体腺瘤与一些免疫相关分子关系密切。CD105对于侵袭性垂体腺瘤的侵袭性生长和丰富血供有很好标记作用;CD147在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达明显升高,可以作为肿瘤侵袭性的一项指标;CD31在复发性垂体腺瘤中的表达强度明显升高,对侵袭性垂体腺瘤的预后评估及治疗方案的选择有重要指导意义;CD44s与血CD44V6浓度值与侵袭性垂体腺瘤密切相关。IL-17及其受体、IL-4Rα、IL-13Rα1、IL-2Rγ、IL-1Rα、IL-6、IL-2及趋化因子受体CXCR4都与垂体腺瘤侵袭性关系密切。这些免疫相关分子为侵袭性垂体腺瘤的诊断和治疗提供了更广阔的前景。The diagnosis and treatment of invasive pituitary adenoma(IPA) have always been difficuh problems of neurosurgery. In recent years, studies have found that IPA is associated with some immune molecules closely. CD105 is a good mark on aggressive growth and rich blood supply in IPA ;CD147 expression is obviously higher in IPA, which can serve as an indicator of aggressiveness;CD31 expression in recurrent pituitary adenoma is significantly increased, which has important guiding significance for evaluating the prognosis of IPA and the selection of treatment options ;The CD44s and CD44V6 blood density is closely related to IPA. IL - 17 and its receptor, IL - 4Rα, IL - 13Rα1, IL - 2Rγ, IL - 1Rα, IL - 6, IL - 2 and CXCR4 all have close relationship with invasiveness of pituitary adenoma . These molecules associated with immune provide more broader prospects for the diagnosis and treatment of IPA.
