摘　　要：近年来，转化医学日益受到医学界的重视。本文试图在总结转化医学兴起的背景基础上，分析当前医学院校科技管理面临的挑战，提出关于医学院校科技管理创新的思考与建议。As a new trend of biomedical research, the translational medicine has increasingly got recognition. This article attempts to analyze the current challenges facing medical colleges in the organization and management of translational research, based on a summary o~ the rise of translational medicine. After that the author gives some suggestions to the innovation on the management of research in medical colleges.
