摘　　要：目的探讨不同病变阶段视网膜毛细血管瘤的临床特征。方法回顾分析16例(16只眼)视网膜毛细血管瘤患者的临床资料,按病变进展程度进行分期,总结不同病变阶段的眼底表现。结果 12例患者中,按眼底病变程度进行分期,其中早期者5例,出血渗出期者6例,视网膜脱离期者3例,晚期者2例。早期患者眼底仅见瘤体,无相关并发症。出血渗出期患者可见瘤体或瘤体周围渗出和出血。视网膜脱离期患者眼底表现为渗出性脱离或增生牵拉视网膜脱离。晚期患者眼底检查见:大量致密纤维膜增生,严重者存在整个视网膜表面,可见牵拉性视网膜裂孔、脱离,瘤体游离。结论视网膜毛细血管瘤患者早期可不发生相关并发症,若病变进展可能发生出血渗出,严重者玻璃体视网膜增生严重,引起牵拉性视网膜裂孔、脱离,预后不佳。Objective To investigate the clinical features of retinal capillary hemangioma on different stages.Methods We reviewed 16 cases of retinal capillary hemangioma.The disease was staged according to clinical manifestations,and the fundus features were summarized for different stages.Result Five patients presented with fundus tumor with no other ocular complications and thus were classified as stage 1.In 6 patients,the retinal capillary hemangioma was presented and some hemorrhage and / or exudates surround the tumor could be observed.These cases were recognized as stage 2.When retinal detachment had been developed（in 3 patients）,the diseased is in stage 3.In this late stage,retinal detachment could be either exudative or proliferative / tractional.Finally,in 2 of our patients,massive proliferative membranes were found and retinal detachment and free-motion tumor were the key features.These patients were classified as advanced stage.Conclusion Complications of retinal capillary hemangioma on early stage is rare.Progression of the disease may result in hemorrhage,exudates,membrane proliferation,retinal tear and detachment,and the final prognosis is poor.
