青光眼滤过术后早期眼球按摩的辅助治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨早期眼球按摩在青光眼滤过术后应用的安全性和有效性。方法观察分析青光眼小梁切除术后前房形成良好且滤过泡平坦或局限的患者32例(32只眼),随机分为观察组(眼球按摩组)、对照组,比较两组术后眼压、滤过泡及并发症等情况。结果术后追踪随访6个月。眼球按摩组功能性滤过泡占88.9%,较对照组功能性滤过泡57.1%为多(P<0.05);眼球按摩组16只眼眼压控制在6～21 mm Hg对照组8只眼压控制6～21 mm Hg,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生情况无差异。结论早期眼球按摩对青光眼滤过术后功能性滤过泡的维持和眼压控制起到重要的辅助作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early eyeball massage after glaucoma filtering operations on intraocular pressure.Methods Thirty-two primary angle-closure glaucoma patients（32 eyes） were randomly divided assigned into 2 groups.Eighteen patients received early eyeball massage after trebeculectomy and 14 patients（14 eyes） received trabeculectomy only.Postoperative intraocular pressure（IOP）,filtration and complications between the two groups were examined and compared.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months.Functional filtering bleb was observed in 88.9% of the patients who received massage,while it was observed in only 57.1% of the patients who did not receive massage（P 0.05）.Furthermore,16 patients who received massage obtained and maintained normal range postoperative IOP（i.e.,6 ～ 21 mmHg）,compared with 8 patients who did not receive massage（P 0.05）.Conclusion Early eyeball massage following filtering operation is safe and effective for IOP controlling and could facilitate functional filtering bleb formation.
