摘 要:近年来,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术得到了迅猛发展,然而胚胎种植率却仍徘徊在10%~30%左右,如何提高胚胎种植率成为研究工作的难点和热点。移植作为IVF-ET最后一个步骤,是影响着治疗结局的一个独立因素。胚胎移植成功的条件主要包括胚胎质量和子宫内膜容受性,而移植时子宫收缩是影响子宫容受性的重要因素之一。抑制移植时子宫收缩有可能成为提高胚胎着床率的有效手段。在移植时应用缩宫素受体拮抗剂,可能有效抑制移植时子宫收缩,从而改善胚胎着床率和妊娠率。In recent years, in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) technology has been rapidly developed. However, the implantation rate is still about 10% to 30%. How to improve the implantation rate is crux and hot spot for researchers. Embryo transfer, the final stage of IVF-ET treatment, independently influences the outcome of treatment. The elements for success of embryo transfer are embryo quality and endometrial receptivity. The uterine contraction during implantation is one of the important factors for uterine receptivity. Suppress transplant uterine contraction during transfer may be an effective means to improve embryo implantation rate. Application of oxytocin receptor antagonist in the time of transplantation may be effective to suppress uterine contraction and improve embryo implantation and pregnancy rate.
