摘 要:针对二冷配水制度的优化问题,引入了混合的基于量子粒子群的智能算法,对于给定的某厂方坯二冷配水实施动态调节,制定新的配水制度。经实验验证,混合型算法收敛速度快,且搜索成功率高,经低倍检验,中心疏松、角部裂纹等缺陷改善明显,该算法性能优于传统控制方法。Aimed at the optimization problem for the secondary cooling water distribution system, a hybrid intelligent algorithm based on quantum-behaved particle swarm algorithm was introduced, and a new system to water distribution was established for a given factory in secondary cooling water distribution of billet to implement dynamic adjustment. Experimental results show that the hybrid algorithm has a fast convergence speed and a high search success rate, which significantly improve the center porosity defects and comer crack in low times testing. The algorithm is better in efficiency and quality than traditional control method.
