摘 要:目的观察基于桩核印模扫描数据CAD/CAM的一体化纤维桩核的密合度。方法选择上颌侧切牙、尖牙、单根管前磨牙各10颗,按统一标准制备牙冠缺损并预备根管后。按牙位均分为2组,分别采用桩核印模或桩核蜡型三维扫描数据设计一体化桩核CAD模型,并通过CAM方法制成一体化纤维桩核,桩核对应试戴、粘接入根管后分别在根桩颈、中、根尖段中心区垂直牙长轴片切离体牙,测量截面上根桩周围粘接剂的厚度并进行统计分析。结果基于印模、蜡型扫描数据CAD/CAM的一体化纤维桩核的粘接剂厚度均值范围分别是78.5~102.6μm和75.6~96.0μm,不同数据获取方法或牙根形态对粘接剂厚度无显著影响。结论基于桩核印模扫描数据CAD/CAM的一体化纤维桩核密合度满足临床要求。Objective To investigate the adaptation of CAD/CAM one-piece glass fiber post-and-core based on impression scanning. Methods Maxillary lateral incisors, canines, single root canal premolars of 10 each were respectively prepared to have large crown defect and their root canals prepared for post restoration. The samples were divided into two groups by tooth type and received one-piece glass fiber post -and -core restorations fabricated from impression or wax-pattern scanning data. The posts were tried in and bonded to the root canal according to clinical criteria. Then the teeth were sliced at the middle point of the post in coronal, middle and apical section. In each section, the thickness of the cement around the post was measured and analyzed. Results The thickness of the cement around one-piece glass fiber post-and-core made from impression and wax-pattern scanning data were 78. 5-102. 6μm and 75.6-96. 01μm respectively. The scanning methods or tooth types did not make difference in cement thickness. Conclusion The adaptation of CAD/CAM one-piece glass fiber post-and-core based on impression scanning data meets clinical requirements.
