前牙区平面横向倾斜的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前牙区平面横向倾斜的矫治方法。方法选取16例原发性前牙区平面横向倾斜的正畸临床患者,常规固定矫治器排齐牙列,使用颌间垂直牵引、直线型弓、不对称形摇椅弓,配合使用前牙平面导板等方法整平前牙区平面。结果经正畸治疗后,14例患者平面完全平直,2例原发性伴有骨性畸形的双平面(上颌平面、下颌平面)均倾斜的患者经治疗后基本平直。结论常规固定矫治技术配合局部垂直牵引、直线型弓、不对称形摇椅弓等特殊手段可有效纠正前牙区平面横向倾斜。Objective To investigate the outcome of orthodontic treatment of transverse inclined occlusal plane in anterior teeth. Methods A total 16 patients with transverse inclined eeclusal plane in anterior teeth were selected. Photographic measurement of the position and the inclination of transverse inclined oeelusal plane in anterior teeth in open-mouth position was performed with the interpupillary line as the reference. All patients were treated with vertical intermaxillary elastics, straight arch, asymmetric reverse-curve arch and fiat bite plate. Results The inclined occlusal plane of 14 patients became straight after orthodontic treatment. The same results were achieved in other 2 patients with skeletal malocclusion after oxthodontic treatment. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment with vertical intermaxillary elastics, straight arch and asymmetric reverse-curve arch was effective in correcting inclination of oeclusal plane.
