摘　　要：Cochrane系统评价是循证医学证据级别最高的证据,是特定医疗干预措施疗效评价的最佳证据来源。该文介绍Cochrane图书馆中关于儿童神经系统疾病的系统评价现状,并结合实例进行阐述,以期使读者认识和了解儿童神经系统疾病的高级别临床证据,为临床医师利用Cochrane系统评价指导临床实践和科研提供参考。Cochrane systematic review is the highest grade of evidence in evidence-based medicine,and the best source of effective evaluation on health care intervention.This paper studies the Cochrane systematic reviews on childhood neurological diseases,with examples interpreted,aiming to help readers to understand the high grade of clinical evidence for neurological diseases in children,and to provide a perspective for pediatrician’s clinical practice and research.
