中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻35例

摘　　要：目的:探索治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的方法。方法:术后早期炎性肠梗阻病例35例,按治疗方法不同回顾性分为西医治疗组(WM组)和中西医结合治疗组(IM组),IM组除采用西医治疗外,使用肠梗阻导管联合早期肠内营养及大承气汤治疗。结果:WM组治疗前后腹围差(5.31±3.26)cm明显低于IM组(10.84±5.01)cm,P<0.05,第1d胃肠减压量IM组(1796.25±346.78)mL明显多于WM组(977.89±386.7)mL,P<0.05,,肠鸣音恢复时间(2.34±0.71)d、梗阻缓解时间(3.05±1.01)d及梗阻解除时间(8.07±2.89)d分别较WM组(3.37±1.28)d、(3.82±1.45)d、(12.89±7.25)d明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:肠梗阻导管联合早期肠内营养及大承气汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻,治疗效果优于西医治疗方法。Objective To study the treatment method of early postoperative inflammatory ileus.Methods 35 cases of early postoperative inflammatory ileus were divided into two groups：the western medicine （WM） treatment group and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group （IM group）,which accepted western medicine,ileus tube,early enteral nutrition and Da Chengqi decoction （大承气汤） .The treatment effect of these two methods was compared.Results The changes of abdominal circumference of WM group and IM group was （5.31±3.26） cm and （10.84±5.01） cm respectively （P0.05）.The first day gastrointestinal decompression amount of WM group and IM group was （1796.25±346.78） mL and （977.89±386.7） mL respectively （P0.05）.The bowel sound recovery time of WM group and IM group was （2.34±0.71） d and （3.37± 1.28） d respectively （P 0.05）.The obstruction response time of WM group and IM group are （3.05±1.01） d and （3.82±1.45） d respectively （P0.05）.The obstruction removal time of WM group and IM group was （8.07± 2.89） d and （12.89±7.25） d respectively （P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was superior to that of pure western medicine.
