前列消癥汤治疗激素难治性前列腺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列消癥汤对激素难治性前列腺癌的治疗作用。方法:将确诊为激素难治性前列腺癌患者63例,随机分为2组,西医对照组采用单纯西医治疗,中西医治疗组在西医治疗基础上联合应用前列消癥汤治疗,治疗周期为3个月。治疗前后观察两组患者前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平、生活质量和疾病相关的心理焦虑状态。结果:治疗后,中西医治疗组PSA基本保持稳定,并显著低于西医对照组(P<0.05);各项生活质量均得到显著改善,较西医对照组为优(P<0.05);疾病相关焦虑状态得到明显改善,并显著低于西医对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列消癥汤对激素难治性前列腺癌具有一定的治疗作用,能够提高患者生活质量,减少疾病相关焦虑。Objective To evaluate the effect of Qianliexiaozheng （前列消癥） decoction on treating hormone-refractory prostate cancer.Methods Sixty three patients with hormone-refractory prostate cancer were divided into 2 groups randomly.Patients in control group were treated by western medicine while other patients in integration of Chinese and western medicine （ICW） group were treated by Qianliexiaozheng （前列消癥） decoction in addition to western medicine for 3 months.Serum prostate specific antigen （PSA） levels,quality of life and anxiety state related to disease were assessed in each group before and after treatment.Results After 3-month treatment,the patients＇ PSA levels in ICW group didn＇t show significant changes compared with baseline and were lower than those in control group significantly （P0.05）;the quality of life and anxiety related to disease in ICW group was dramatically improved and presented superiority as compared to counterparts in control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion Qianliexiaozheng （前列消癥） decoction has a positive effect on treating hormone-refractory prostate cancer,improving the quality of life and relieving anxiety.
