摘　　要：图书馆协同知识转移的有效进行依赖于特定的情境。图书馆要从宏观、中观、微观3个层面准确把握其协同知识转移的情境因素,并从经费保障体系、情境因素匹配、知识资源建设、沟通与协作环境、知识转移与创新氛围、知识管理能力等方面有针对性地促进其协同知识转移的情境优化,以实现知识的扩大与创新,满足用户的知识需求。Running collaborative knowledge transfer effectively in libraries depends on specific situations. Libraries should grasp situation factors of the collaborative knowledge transfer exactly from three aspects of the macroscopic view, the intermediate view and the microscopic view, and promote the situation opti- mization of the collaborative knowledge transfer specifically from the safeguard system for funds, situation factor matches, the construction of knowledge resources, the communication and collaboration environment, the knowledge transfer and the innovation atmosphere, and the knowledge management capability in order to achieve the expansion and innovation of knowledge and meet knowledge needs of users.
