摘　　要：肺癌干细胞(lung cancer stem cell,LCSC)是指肺癌组织中一部分具备自我更新和增殖分化能力、致瘤性较强、并具有特异性标记物的细胞群。它们在肺癌的发生、发展、侵袭、转移、复发以及抗辐射和耐药性获得起至关重要的作用。近年来多种肺癌干细胞标记物相继被发现和报道,人们对肺癌干细胞的生物学功能有了更深入的认识。本文对肺癌干细胞的起源和发现、肺癌干细胞的生物学功能、肺癌干细胞的分选和鉴定、肺癌干细胞标记物等方面进行综述。Lung cancer stem cells （LCSCs） are regarded as a small population of lung cancer cell in tumor mass with stem-like properties and specific biomarkers. With the capacity of self-renewal, differentiation and tumorigenesis, LCSCs play critical roles in lung cancer progression, development, metastasis, invasion, recurrence, radio and drug resistance. Recently, many novel and promising biomarkers of LCSC have been discovered and reported. The biological functions of LCSC are also better and deeper understood. In this review, we have summarized the origin and discovery of LCSC, the biological functions of LCSC, LCSC sorting and identification, and LCSC biomarkers as well as its study direction in the future.
