摘　　要：确立科学的培养目标是培养出合格甚至优秀研究生的重要前提。通过考察我国图书馆学研究生学位授权点的培养目标,总结出目标内容的雷同化、学术学位"非学术化"和专业学位"本科化"等问题。建议实行研究生培养目标的多元化设计策略,设计以学生为主体、以导师为主导的多元化培养目标。It is prerequisite to set scientific training objectives for postgraduate training. With the investigation on training ob jectives of graduate degree in library science, this paper sums up three problems： the similarity of objectives, ＂non-academic＂ degree and the undergraduatization of professional degree. It＇s suggested to adopt the strategy of multiply training objectives for graduate programs, thus diversified ＂student^oriented＂ and ＂tutors-dominated＂ training objectives should be designed.
