广州地区成年居民中医体质类型调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解广州地区成年居民的中医体质构成,为本地区人群进行亚健康干预和健康管理提供参考。方法:根据王琦教授的"中医体质调查量表"制订调查问卷并向体检人群发放,收回"中医体质及健康状态自填式问卷"3 458份,筛选出3 000份合格的问卷,采用SPSS18.0统计软件,对调查对象的中医体质类型进行分类研究。结果:3 000例研究对象,平和质425例;虚性体质1 130例,其中气虚质660例,阳虚质365例,阴虚质105例;实性体质1445例,其中瘀血质85例,痰湿质685例,湿热质280例,气郁质200例,特禀质195例。不同性别,各年龄段人群分布、最高学历构成、职业构成均有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.001),婚姻状况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:广州地区成年居民的体质构成有一定的差异性,实性体质以痰湿质和湿热质为主,虚性体质以气虚质为主。Objective. To investigate the distribution of Chinese medical constitutional types of the adult residents in Guangzhou area, and to provide reference for the health promotion of local population. Methods. Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution Questionnaire founded by Professor Wang Qi was used to investigate the constitutional types of 3000 Guangzhou adult residents. SPSS18.0 statistical software was adopted for corresponding analysis of constitutional types. Results. Of the 3 000 cases, 425 were classified into harmony constitution, 1 130 into deficiency constitution and 1 445 into excess constitution. Of the residents with deficiency constitution, 660 had Qi deficiency constitution, 365 had yang deficiency constitution and 105 had yin deficiency constitution. For the residents with excess constitution, 85 had blood stasis constitution, 685 had phlegm damp constitution, 280 had damp heat constitution, 200 had Qi stagnation constitution, and 195 had specific constitution. The distribution of constitutional types varied in gender, age groups, highest educational background and occupation（P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.001）, but marriage had no correlation with the constitutional types （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Certain differences have been shown in the Chinese medical constitutional types of Guangzhou adult residents, Qi-deficiency type is dominated in the residents with deficiency constitution, and phlegm damp type and damp heat type are dominated in the residents with excess constitution.
