针刺结合药物治疗对Hunt氏综合征患者面神经电生理及面神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合药物治疗对Hunt氏综合征患者面神经电生理、面神经功能的影响及临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组各40例,对照组单纯予药物治疗;针刺组予针刺结合药物治疗,2组均治疗8周,于治疗前后进行面神经电生理及May面神经麻痹分级系统评价面神经功能。结果:治疗8周后,2组May面神经麻痹分级系统评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组面神经电图潜伏期、波幅分别比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。针刺组优于对照组。结论:针刺结合药物治疗在Hunt氏综合征患者面神经电生理改善及面神功能恢复方面优于单纯药物治疗。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus medicine for Hunt＇s syndrome patients and to observe its influence on facial nerve electrophysiology and function. Methods： Eighty Hunt＇s syndrome patients were equally randomized into observation group and control group. The observation group was given acupuncture plus medicine, and the control group was given medicine. The treatment for both groups lasted 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the changes of facial nerve electrophysiology and May facial paralysis rating scoring were observed. Results： After treatment, observation group had better therapeutic effect than control group（P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of electroneurogram latency and wave amplitude as well as May facial paralysis rating scores in the observation group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus medicine shows better effect on facial nerve electrophysiology and function of Hunt＇s syndrome patients than medicine alone.
