非产权联盟治理方式与联盟绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：基于127个中国企业战略联盟样本探讨中国情境下非产权联盟中的联盟治理方式和联盟绩效的关系。实证结果表明:非产权联盟中,契约治理和关系治理均与联盟绩效存在显著的正相关关系,并且关系治理对联盟绩效的积极作用显著大于契约治理对联盟绩效的积极作用。此外,区域因素在联盟治理和联盟绩效关系中存在调节作用,具体表现为与同区域联盟相比,跨区域联盟的关系治理与联盟绩效之间具有显著更强的正相关关系。Based on a sample of 127 strategic alliances in China, this paper did an empirical research on the relationship between alliance governance and alliance performance in non - equity alliances. The results show that both contract govern- ance and relation governance have significantly positive effects on alliance performance. Moreover, relation governance has stronger influence than contract governance on alliance performance. Besides, compared to the alliances in the same region, there is more significantly positive relationship between relation governance and alliance performance in cross -region alliances.
