摘　　要：我国中小企业能否持续健康成长将直接影响国家经济力量。中小企业持续成长需要多种要素有机集成并共同推动,诸要素集成系统包括动力源泉、驱动因素、制约因素、成长路径和成长机制等五种子要素系统。只有子要素系统间协同作用并随着企业成长与内外部环境的变化而适时调整,才能有效保证中小企业持续健康成长。The small and medium - sized enterprises can consistently grow heahhily and will directly affect national eco- nomic power. The development of small and medium - sized enterprises needs a variety of elements to jointly promote the organic integration, which includes five sub - systems, such as power source, the driving factors, restricting factors, growth path and growth mechanism and so on. Only these sub systems coordinate with each other and adjust themselves to the growth and development of internal and external environment, can we effectively guarantee the sustainable growth of the small and medium -sized enterprise.
