摘 要:概率松弛迭代分割算法应用在细胞分割上,能够有效克服由于细胞结构复杂、粘连现象严重而造成一般分割算法分割困难的问题。针对该算法计算复杂与嵌入式Linux环境下资源紧张的问题,改进了松弛迭代细胞分割算法,并将其应用到嵌入式环境下基于Qt与OpenCV构建的细胞分割系统中。实验结果表明,改进后的算法能有效解决细胞分割困难的问题,分割结果能够让肉眼清晰分辨出细胞核、细胞质与腺体的区别。改进后的松弛迭代分割算法相比原算法提高了处理速度,并能够移植到嵌入式设备中便于携带协助诊疗。The method for iterative probability relaxation segmentation used in cell division can overcome the difficult issues on account of complicated cellular structure and phenomenon of serious adhesion, while the general segmentation algorithm cannot make it effectively. In addition, because of tense embedded resources under the environment of Linux system, the iterative relaxation cellular segmentation algorithm has been improved and then added to the embedded cellular segmentation system based on Qt and OpenCV. The experimental results demonstrate that the improved algorithm can effectively solve the difficult problem of cell division efficaciously and the naked eye can clearly distinguish the difference between the nucleus, cytoplasm and glands. The improved algorithm increases the processing speed and can be transplanted to the embedded facilities convenient for carrying, diagnosing and treating.
