摘 要:孤岛二元驱采出污水稳定性强,破乳困难。采用电镜分析、激光粒度分布分析、电位分析和微观结构分析等方法研究了二元驱乳状液的特性。针对乳状液特性,采用自由基水溶液聚合方法,研制了适用于二元驱污水的新型反相破乳剂WRD-34。WRD-34对二元驱污水的除油率达到80%以上,明显优于其他常用药剂。The wastewater from SP flooding in Gudao has strong stability and is hard to be demulsified. The charac- teristics of SP flooding emulsifier has been studied by methods, such as electron microscopy ,laser particle size dis- tribution, electric potential, microscopic structure, etc. Aiming at the characteristics of emulsifier, free radical aque- ous solution polymerization has been used. A new type of reverse demulsifier WRD-34 which is appropriate for SP flooding wastewater has been developed. Its oil removing rate for SP flooding is above 80%, apparently superior to other common agents.
