摘　　要：通过文献回顾与理论分析,构建了联盟能力、联盟网络构型和联盟绩效之间的理论模型,并基于195家高新技术企业的问卷调查数据进行实证研究.研究发现,企业联盟能力对其联盟网络关系质量以及其占据联盟网络的中心性位置具有显著的正向影响;联盟网络关系质量以及占据联盟网络的中心性位置对企业联盟绩效都有显著的正向影响;企业联盟能力通过影响其联盟网络构型来对联盟绩效产生显著的间接影响.Based on literature review and theoretical analysis, it constructs a research model on the relationship among alliance capability, alliance network configuration and alliance performance, and conducts an empirical research based on 195 high-tech enterprises. Results show that alliance capability has significant positive effect on the quality of alli- ance network and central position. Ties quality and central position of alliance network have significant positive effect on alliance performance. Alliance capability has significant indirect effect on alliance performance through alliance net-work configuration.
