摘　　要：本文主要分析了创新网络嵌入性(关系嵌入、结构嵌入和位置嵌入)及其交互作用是否影响网络成员的退出,并对西安高新技术开发区软件园103家企业进行实证分析.结果显示,在创新网络中具有更多合作历史的伙伴时,成员企业退出网络的可能性更小;创新网络中处于弱权力位置的成员企业更可能退出创新网络;成员企业在创新网络中与其他成员拥有越多的第三方关系,越不可能退出创新网络;结构嵌入在位置嵌入对成员退出的影响中起负向的调节作用.It mainly analyzes whether the network embeddedness （relationship embeddedness, structure embeddedness and position embeddedness） and their interactions affect the members＇ withdraw. An empirical analysis is made by the data of 103 enterprises from Xi＇an Software Park of High Technology Development Zone. The results show that in the innovation network, the enterprise that has history of cooperation with more partners, the member firm is less likely to withdraw ; the member with a weaker power position is more likely to exit the innovation network ; member firm in innovation network having more third-party relationships with other members has less will to withdraw; and structure embeddedness negatively regulates the impact of position embeddedness on the member＇s withdraw.
