摘　　要：在简述水射流原理的基础上,提出了马铃薯冲洗装置的设计要求,同时阐述了水射流冲洗装置的结构组成和工作过程,确定了其主要技术参数,作为马铃薯除泥清洗器的设计依据。该机械的研制,能够提高马铃薯清洁的效率,对促进农业的持续稳定发展有重大的现实意义。In the brief basis of the principle of water jet,this article puts forward design requirements of the potato washing device,also explains the structure and the working process of the water jet washing device.It identifies the main technical parameters of the machine,becomes the design basis of the potatoes desilter cleaner.Not only does it promote the reality of economic significance to the sustainable and stable development of agriculture,but pave the way for the study of agricultural machinery in the fields of potatoes.
