摘  要:以装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的黄牛作为瘤胃液的供体动物,应用短期人工瘤胃发酵技术和纯化学分析方法,分别测定17种饲料样品的CNCPS组分、不同时间点的产气量(2、4、8、12、24h)、发酵液的NH3-N浓度和pH,研究饲料CNCPS组分与产气特性的相关性。结果表明,产气量与PA、PB3、PC、ADF、NDF呈负相关,与PB1、PB2、CA、CB1、CB2、CC呈正相关;发酵液的氨态氮浓度和pH值间存在负相关,但相关系数很小(r2=0.051 1);发酵液氨态氮浓度与CNCPS体系的蛋白组分呈极显著的相关关系,根据其多元回归模型可以估测瘤胃液中氨态氮浓度。The objective of this experiment was to study on correlation between gas production charac teristics and CNCPS components of the seventeen conventional ruminant feedstuffs through chemical analysis methods and short term artificial rumen technique. In this study,one adult cattle fitted with a perpetual large rumen cannula was used as the donor of rumen fluid,ruminant fluid was collected and cultivated in vivo. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between gas production and PB1 ,PB2 ,CA,CB1 ,CB2 ,CC,however,there was negative correlation between gas production and PA, PB3, PC, ADF, NDF. There was negative correlation between NH3-N and pH value, but the corre- lation coefficient(r2 =0. 051 1) was very small. There was significant correlation between NH3-N and the protein components of CNCPS,the regression formula could preferable practical value.
